Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 55acc platform (accessible at 55acc.net), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published in relation to individual games, promotions, or services offered through 55acc.

1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 55acc platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms are entered into between you and 55acc as the operating entity. Where the context permits, references to "55acc", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the platform and its operating entity collectively.

Eligibility Requirements

2.1 To register and maintain an account with 55acc, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. In jurisdictions where the minimum legal gambling age is 18, that age applies, but players must confirm their local legal minimum age independently. 21+
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographical Eligibility: You must not be accessing 55acc from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Security

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 3.4 55acc reserves the right to refuse account registration, or to close any existing account, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide specific reasons for doing so. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 55acc accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed below. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 55acc's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 All funds deposited into your 55acc account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating method.

4.3 55acc does not accept deposits that are funded by credit taken out for the purpose of gambling. You warrant that any funds deposited into your 55acc account are genuinely yours and that you are not using borrowed funds for gambling purposes.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawals from your 55acc account may be requested at any time provided that your account has completed the KYC verification process, all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been satisfied, and there are no outstanding compliance holds on your account.

5.2 55acc will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. In cases where this is not technically possible, 55acc will use an alternative PKR-denominated method and will notify you accordingly.

5.3 Processing times for withdrawals are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–5 banking days depending on the receiving institution. Card withdrawals may take 3–7 business days.

5.4 55acc reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations before processing any withdrawal. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

6.1 55acc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on 55acc unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a second bonus while a first remains active may result in the first bonus being voided.

7.4 For live cricket betting during PSL and international fixtures, specific sportsbook rules governing in-play market settlement, rain interruptions, super overs, and abandoned matches are published in the 55acc Sportsbook Rules document. In the event of any ambiguity, 55acc's decision on bet settlement is final.

Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55acc platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any outstanding balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 55acc platform, place bets, or gain an unfair competitive advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple 55acc accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or any subsequent KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the 55acc platform.

11.2 55acc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 55acc makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occur.

11.3 55acc's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55acc account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 You may close your 55acc account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that no outstanding wagering requirements, compliance holds, or fraud investigations apply to the account.

12.2 55acc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; evidence of fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or regulatory compliance requirements.

12.3 Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms by the player, 55acc reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full as reasonable compensation for the breach. 55acc will document its reasons for any such withholding.

Amendments to These Terms

13.1 55acc reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 55acc will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice published on the 55acc platform.

13.2 Your continued use of the 55acc platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1 of these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 55acc's international gaming licence. 14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
